How does the Nexbelt sizing work?
Our belts are 'cut-to-fit,' meaning one size fits most. Each strap features printed sizing markers on the back; simply use a pair of heavy-duty scissors to cut the strap to your specific waist size before attaching the buckle.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unworn condition. Please note that once a belt strap has been cut, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders typically process within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for faster delivery.
Are your buckles and straps interchangeable?
Yes, as long as they belong to the same width category. Our 1 3/8" (Standard) buckles only fit 1 3/8" straps, and our 1 1/2" (Titan) buckles only fit 1 1/2" straps.
What materials are used in Nexbelts?
We use premium materials including genuine leather, nylon webbing, and high-grade stainless steel or alloy for our buckles to ensure maximum durability and style.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers the ratcheting mechanism and buckle functionality under normal wear and tear.
